Got home and found they forgot my son's nuggets. So I drove back and they told me they couldn't give me the nuggets I ordered THROUGH the DRIVE THRU, I had to go into the store.
This place is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. The only reason this location is still open is bc it's basically the only cheap burner joint around besides burger king. They'll never get your order right, it'll take 30 mins to get through drive through and another 15-20 to walk in to get it corrected. I actually had a manager call cops on me bc I wouldn't pull out of drive through to reorder my mask they rang up wrong when I told then while ordering, at the first window and at the last window. To correct it, she said I needed to get out of line and get back in at the end and wait another 30 mins and I said no. I'm not moving I already waited in line. She's like fine I'll call cops. Just complete joke of a store. I could keep going and going with stories but I won't. Sad thing I haven't even lived here a year yet and I already have had multiple bad experiences there.

I get to the window and pay, they pull up and she says "you'll need to pull the the curb and wait for your order", I said "no thanks, I'll wait right here." The girl went and got a manager and she said you need to pull to the curb. I said nope, I'll wait, it's just ten nuggets.
Vince, the manager, was completely unprofessional. I was half way through my sandwich before I realized it was made wrong. He didn't even apologize. In fact, he smirked and was reluctant to even make a new one. Also rolled his eyes at the cashier because she needed ones. I won't be back.
This Mcdonalds was horrible. I went in 3/17/2017 between 12-1am..Let's start by saying the register wasn't working so the employee had to use a calculator to add customers orders up,witch she was struggling with..She also tossed my order on the counter and walked away... Didn't say have a nice day or can I get you anything else...PLAIN RUDE!! Doesn't stop there..The lady cook who was old coped attitude because I needed my order redone because the bread for my sandwich was hard like a brick/over toasted..& was lazy and had the nerves to refry old fries that been sitting out for awhile I'm guessing, & thought I wouldn't notice.. AVOID THIS MCDONALD at night... LAZY PEOPLE and RUDE..Whomever running this place,need better employees...First and last time visiting
Doesn't look like I'm the first customer this black female manager has called the police on.
Needless to say, I left without nuggets and my poor kid ate fries for lunch.
I went through the drive through when we got back from camping.
So I said I wasn't dressed to come inside (which was why I was at the drive thru in the first place). She refused to give them to me through the drive thru, so I said ok, just order me ten McNuggets and I'll deal with corporate to get a refund.
Then I asked for her name and she picks up the phone and calls the police!
