Since Rita left, the new post master and the new employee with dreadlocks (no name tag) are the utmost in the quality of rudeness. Questioning the address where I am sending my package as if I don't know where my own son lives. I was thoroughly disgusted, appalled at the utter lack of customer service and complete rudeness of these new people. Wonder what it would take to get Rita back. I hate to drive to Zionsville for my postal needs, but would rather than be subjected to this ridiculousness rudeness. Give me a break. Horrible service!!!!!
Hours are very inconvenient for people who have jobs!!
Horrible service. Hours brief and inconvenient and our delivery person takes the mail home, logs it as having been delivered the previous day, and then delivers the next. How these people keep their jobs is a mystery.
Also, good luck actually getting your packages. More often than not my packages go somewhere else and I have to track them down.
Missing packages galore! It's so frustrating! Sometimes someone in the neighborhood has it, sometimes "she scanned it but forgot to put in the box", and other times I never get the item.
Rita was the best. The new employees are rude and lack professionalism. Go to zionsville.
